The Devil Princess of Jurai, Seto takes great pride in her reputation, which strikes fear to all Space Pirates. On her ship, the Mikagami, she is accompanied by two advisors, Kanemitsu and Minaho, who try to help her make the right decision. Seto also like messing with other people's affairs, especially in Tenchi and Seina's. She considers them both as her pet projects for her amusement.
